Stockrules update ... and some private thoughts

After a long time a had to rework my stockrules. There is nothing really new. I put them on the mainpage too that everyone could find it better. 
 Here it is: (I like to hear your opinion if the rules are ok that way. English is not my language and I tryed to do my best)

Because I did so much pictures I think it is a good idea to share some of them as stock with you.
All rights on the stockphotos are mine or shared with the photographer. They are free to be shown at DeviantART and in the whole Internet. 
For commercial use you have to ask first. 
If used you have to link back to the stockpicture you used and if you show your picture you must credit me as the model and the photographer as mentioned.
Rules:
- no gore / violence
- no racism
- no political use
- no nudity or fetish

I am happy when I may get the pictures for my personal collection (offline only for myself) too in a better resolution and without watermarks if possible.

Private thoughts:
I came to think about my stockrules again because I had an experience today. I wonderd why a special older stock was used so much. I tryed to find out and realized that there was a contest running with it on VK (like russian Facebook was told to me). My first thought was .. hey cool! I dont have a problem with that I am really happy when my stock is used and contests are wonderful. My second thougth was.. hey .. sad that nobody told me that. There where 29 Artworks with my stock. Really good artworks and only 5 Artists linked back to my stock-picture that I can see the artwork too.. all the other did not. I give all the pictures here for free and some artist dont care about my rules. This makes me really sad! I think it is not to much to give the credits for model and photographer and to show me the picture. That is the only thing that is to do and I think it is polite to do this. I am really thankfull to all the artists doing it right and which honor my work.
